Notes From the Rep Biz ~ 2/6/2026

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms to WME! An Oscar Nominee to CAA! A Love Island star gets new reps, a major agent pivots to management and casting news for Damien Chazelle’s new film! All this and more in today’s Notes From the Rep Biz!

 

At WME:

British actor Daniel Ings is now agented by WME. Ings is currently playing Ser Lyonel Baratheon on HBO’s Game of Thrones spinoff A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms which is set a century before the main series. Previously Ings was in Guy Ritchie’s The Gentleman series, along with roles on The Crown, Love Sick, and I Hate Suzie Too which starred Billie Piper.

 

Another Brit who is a new sign for WME, Emma Corrin Signs With WME. Corrin broke out with their role as Princess Diana on season 4 of The Crown garnering Golden Globe, Emmy, and SAG award nominations. Corrin also played the villain in 2024’s Deadpool & Wolverine. Most recently they were in 2025’s 100 Nights a Hero.   

 

Influencer and actor Claudia Sulewski is also a new sign for the agency. Sulewski gained her fame in 2009 as a beauty vlogger and has moved into acting. She has a recurring role on Apple TV’s Shrinking starring Jason Siegel and Harrison Ford and the feature film I Love My Dad.  

 

 

At CAA:

Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas is now repped by CAA. Lilleaas was just nominated for an Oscar for her work in Sentimental Value. The Norwegian actress made her debut in 2015 in Women In Oversized Men’s Shirts and also starred in 2023’s A Beautiful Life for Netflix.

 

Actress Natalie Dormer is also a new sign for the Death Star. Dormer came to fame for her roles on The Tudors and then a six season run on HBO’s Game of Thrones. She also was in the Hunger Games: Mocking Jay parts 1 and 2. In 2024 she starred in the drama Audrey’s Children which was released last year. Next up she will be in Netflix’s Mercenary: An Extraction Series opposite Omar Sy and Boyd Holbrook. 

 

Jen Affleck is now also agented by CAA. A digital influencer, Affleck can currently be seen on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. The hit show will be coming back for its third season in November. 

 

 

At UTA:

Prolific character actor Chris Cooper has signed with UTA. Cooper has had notable roles in The Bourne Identity, American Beauty, and The Town. Most recently he was in The History of Sound with Paul Mescal and Josh O’Connor which premiered this past September.

 

Former football player Tim Tebow and his wife Demi-Leigh Tebow are also new signs for UTA. Tim Tebow is currently a college football analyst for ESPN as well as an author. A former Miss Universe winner, Demi-Leigh is an entrepreneur and an author as well. Together they cofounded The Tebow Group as well as the philanthropic Tim Tebow Foundation.

 

Model and influencer Olandria Carthen is now agented by UTA. Carthen appeared on season 7 of reality show hit Love Island, earning the nickname “Bama Barbie.” Post Love Island Carthen has dived head first into the fashion world, walking the catwalk at the Sergio Hudson show during New York fashion week, and appearing on the December cover of Glamour magazine. 

 

 

OTHER NOTES AROUND TOWN

Deadline is reporting that UTA agent Nancy Gates is leaving the agency and moving to management. It’s unclear where she will be headed, but Deadline reports that Gates is in talks with Untitled.

 

Mayim Bialik is now repped by Range Media Partners. Bialik rose to fame as the title character on the hit sitcom Blossom which ran from 1991 to 1995More recently she was on The Big Bang Theory for nine years. From 2021 to 2023 she co-hosted Jeopardy! and produced and starred in Call me Kat for Fox from 2021 to 2023. Bialik wrote and directed her first feature film As They Made Us starring Dustin Hoffman in 2022 and currently hosts the podcast Mayim Bialik’s Breakdown all about mental health.

 

Writer/producer Courtenay Miles is now managed by Anonymous Content. Most recently Miles co-wrote the Sandra Bullock starring 2021 psychological drama The Unforgivable for Netflix. She was also the head writer on Mindhunter (also for Netflix), and got her start as David Fincher’s first AD on Gone Girl. Next up is Evil Genius based on the Brian Wells “Pizza Bombing” case starring Patricia Arquette, David Harbour and directed by Courtney Cox which started production this past November. 

 

 

MUSIC NOTES

Singer/songwriter Phillip Phillips has signed with Red Light Management. Phillips won the 11th season of American Idol and his career has only gone up from there, his debut album The World from the Other Side of the World released in 2012 and spent 61 weeks on the Billboard top 100. Notable hits include “Home” and “Gone Gone Gone.”

Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham is now repped by 3 Arts Sports.

 

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Luguentz Dort is now agented by Klutch Sports Group.

 

Wasserman has signed Carolina Panthers linebacker Nic Scourton.

 

 

CASTING NOTES

Diane Lane has joined the sequel to The Exorcist from filmmaker Mike FlanaganLane will join Scarlett Johansson and Jacobi Jupe The story of the sequel is being kept under wraps so it is unknown if this Exorcist is a sequel to The Exorcist 2: The Heretic or Exorcist 3: Legion, however we do know that the film is not a sequel to 2023’s The Exorcist: Believer.

 

Hot off her Oscar nomination for Weapons, Amy Madigan will guest star in All the Sinners Bleed. The Netflix limited series comes from Joe Robert Cole based on the novel by S.A. Crosby. The series stars Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù.

 

Mia Threapleton has joined Damien Chazelle’s currently untitled next project. Threapleton co-starred opposite Benecio Del Toro in Wes Anderson’s The Phoenician Scheme. She is also on The Buccaneers for Apple TV.
